bullet Personal Laundry
Resident's laundry can be washed by the domestic staff. This service costs £8 including VAT per week to be paid termly at the beginning of term.

bullet Guest Meals
Weekday lunch is available, cost £3.50. Weekday dinners or weekend lunches for guests cost £4.00. Weekend teas are £3.50.

bullet House Contribution
Each resident staying more than 4 weeks pays £11.00 per term or part term to the fund of the House Committee of which £1 will be for setting up of the Former Residents Association.

bullet Deposit/Caution Money
After a place has been offered to a student, it is reserved only after payment of a deposit equal to four weeks rent:
Main Hall Room £400
New Wing Room £500
Suite £600

bullet This sum is then retained as caution money during residence and it is returnable at the end of the academic year, less any outstanding debit.

bullet Any Resident wishing to leave before the end of the academic year must give 4 weeks' term time notice in writing, otherwise the caution money will be forfeited. Vacation periods cannot form all or part of the notice period.

bullet Internet Access
Netherall House offers Computer and Internet Access from 8am to 12pm. A pool of desktop machines running Windows Vista are available as well as connection points for laptop use. This service is free and access will be given upon payment of the term fees.

bullet Extension of Stay
Those students wishing to remain in Netherall during the summer vacation or for the next academic year must apply in writing in April.

bullet Notice Periods
Netherhall House generally offers places for the academic year from October to June. Any resident wishing to leave before the end of the academic year should do so at the end of the 1st or 2nd term. Where a resident leaves part through a term no refund of fees will be paid and the deposit forfeited.

Where a resident wishes to leave Netherhall at the end of the 1st or 2nd term he should give at least 4 week's term time written notice to the directors. If he does not give such notice his deposit will be forfeited. Vacation periods cannot form all or part of the notice period.

Residents are expected to pay fees for the entire 3rd term. If they wish to leave prior to the official end of their 3rd term they must still pay fees to the official end of their 3rd term.

bullet Check Out time
Students should vacate the room by 10.30am of the day of departure. Nothing may be stored in the Hall after the resident leaves the hall.
